About

Hi, I’m Rachhek. I design and build production AI applications, end to end. I’m based in Helsinki, Finland, and work with teams across the Nordics and remotely.

I’ve spent ten years working where data science meets software engineering. These days I work independently as an AI consultant and engineer, helping teams with three things:

  • AI strategy & consulting: finding the use cases worth building, running workshops and feasibility checks, and making build-vs-buy decisions.
  • AI engineering: RAG, AI agents, LLM pipelines, and evaluations, taken all the way to production.
  • Full-stack development: taking an idea from prototype to a deployed application with real users.

I understand ML more deeply than most engineers, and I bring the engineering rigour most data scientists lack. I’m as comfortable in a client workshop working out what’s actually needed as I am in the codebase making it happen.

  • ProductSense, AI-native SaaS for product managers: owned the full AI layer as core AI engineer. Built an agentic RAG chatbot over customer feedback and product docs, a voice-of-customer pipeline, feedback clustering into themes, and embedding adapter tuning, all backed by systematic evaluations.
  • KONE TenderLens: part of the initial team behind a GenAI tool for KONE’s global tendering process, from customer interviews to a production system that’s now rolling out globally. (Futurice case study, featured by Microsoft Finland)
  • Research automation with AI agents: a proof of concept that automated about 80% of a global consulting firm’s research-to-report workflow. Run against an existing report, the agent surfaced the same facts.
  • FutuCortex: led the initial build of Futurice’s enterprise search engine, which later grew into a RAG platform used across the sales organisation. (Futurice blog, Webby Awards nominee)
  • Multilingual legal evidence search: hybrid search over thousands of unstructured documents for a law firm under active dispute pressure, delivered in weeks.
